this was my beloved senior cat, Toogie. i adopted her in 2018 and she was my best friend, my soulcat, my whole world. in april of 2022, she passed away from cancer.
I wanted a way to commemorate her and always keep a part of her with me, so I designed a cremation ring to hold her ashes.
the shank is modeled after her paws, each stripe meticulously duplicated to be as accurate as possible. her pawprint is cut out of the center.
i made a resin bead using her ashes, UV resin, and resin dye
